how-we-work

Plain steps, real output early.

The same process covers a music video and an internal agent. It shows you real results quickly and keeps people in charge of the decisions. The rings draw on as you read, one per step: the mark’s own geometry.

  1. Talk

A conversation about what you want to make or change, who it is for and what good looks like. We ask about the work itself before we talk about tools.

you get → A shared, written goal

  2. Map

We work out where AI and agents genuinely help, where people should stay hands-on, and what the risks are. For content, this is the creative direction and the production plan.

you get → A short plan with a clear first step

  3. Prototype

We build a small working version on real material: a first cut, a style test, an agent doing one task end to end. You judge actual output rather than promises.

you get → Something you can see and try

  4. Build

We turn the prototype into the finished production or a dependable pipeline, with review points where a person checks the work before it moves on.

you get → The finished work or a working system

  5. Hand over or run

You get the files, the documentation and training for your team. If you would rather not run it yourself, we keep it working for you.

you get → Your team can use it, or we run it

Who does what

Agents do the volume

Assembling, drafting, matching, checking and producing variations.

People do the judgement

What the work should say, whether it is right, and when it is finished. A person signs off each stage before anything reaches you or your customers.
